According to DECO PROTeste, Banco Montepio's Mortgage Loan offering has the best Price-Quality ratio, both with associated sales and without associated sales.

DECO PROTeste analyzed the offerings of 13 banks for a 200,000 euros mortgage over 30 years, with a variable interest rate and an 80% financing-guarantee ratio.

Associated sales considered include: salary domiciliation, insurance, debit and credit cards, and payment domiciliation. The study was published in May 2023.
